Cant finish "Special Weapons" mission in tutorial!!

when i try to blow up the czech hedgehogs, they dont get blown up, they stay the same, ive placed it on the ground, on the tree, on the metal part, ive placed several c4. i even quit the game and started the game again, restarted said course. cant finish the tutorial.

Found a solution, go to your mod Manager and dissable all mods that did it for me
