Substantial reduction in client performance after 1.3 update

I am seeing a big reduction in client performance after the update, from 120 down to 90 fps with the same settings on the same server.
Anyone else seeing this?

Yes I am seeing the same thing. i7 13700k and 4090

I'm seeing an issue where my average fps drops from 60 to 10-15 after I open my map or inventory every so often. The only way to return my fps to normal is to disconnect and reconnect.
