Map never loads just pinwheel and water sounds

Title says it, just stuck at a black loading screen and the team selection menu never shows up. UNMODDED

I had no issues for the first half of the day. Suddenly unable to join any official conflict maps. I get stuck on the same screen you all are getting, same thing with my buddy on Xbox. We were able to join a half full game master server no problem though?

I disabled all mods and got into an official server then.

I think the servers are having issues on round end not restarting correctly, I noticed the same thing if I tried to join a server I just played on where the round ended a minute or so ago,

I have the water sound, but eventually I get in to the game, but it is random how good it works. I actually spawned naked, without even any loadout, only a boxer. Needed to quit and re-enter to get it normal, but then the base items did not spawn in before after two minutes. And everything is glitching, and the lag is insane. Driving a car is impossible, and if I sit in a car that someone else drive, I will get a still screenshot for every 100 meter of the trip.
