A bug with a grenade

If you get into the car with a grenade without a receipt or open the door, then you will not be able to take anything else in your hands.

There a bug with a grenade, if you drop more than 2 grenade you can be bugged with grenade in your hands and you can only walk and nothing else. Try to non use them. Use instead grenade launcher on your rifles.

When this happens, the temporary work around is to get up on an object and the walk off it. The animation that ensues will fix the issue and you can continue as normal. Just have to be on an object that is high enough to trigger the animation.

By the way, other than getting help from other players, reporting a bug here is like flicking a bugger in a well and making a wish. Go to the Reforger Feedback Tracker and report the bug there. You will be able to see when it is accepted and addressed.

I just had one where I got stuck with a granade in my hand and I can't change it to anything else
