Grenades causing busy hands or just exploding underneath me

Problem: Grenade detonates at my feet after throwing it over (and seeing it clear) a wall.

Cause: Throwing grenades as quickly as possible.

This happens to me pretty much every time unless I pause after tossing one.

Same here. I recommend going to the Bohemian Reforger Forum and reporting it there as well. I don't trust that they check here on Steam as often as they do there.
