Report a translation problem
A longer answer: from my last play, if player and enemy AI has a distance between about 75m-150m, AI is like Eagle eye snipers. The problem: with iron sight only, it's not easy to aim and kill. Ofc it depends on player's monitor. Meanwhile, AI can kill player in a few shots. In close range, like CQB, AI is a joke.
I remember i saw some videos about reforger's AI before it launched the first "EA", there were some hypes about AI could enter the building and other stuff. I don't think i saw any of the features actually worked.
In Hell Let Loose for example, in the dark forest map i'd just be shooting at pixels that moved, when i got the 2560x440 i would actually shoot a lot of enemies who didn't seem to notice me before i saw them clearly.
I'm asking because i don't have this issue in reforger, AI seems to be pretty easy to snipe.
They do get a lot harder on modded servers though.
Yeah I played on a full HD monitor, 24 inc. I have a new ultra-wide monitor but i haven't touched reforger since then. I mean it looks like sometime AI made very accurate shots in a short burst. In Arma 3, i believe AI accuracy is decreased when AI is being suppressed. I don't think that feature is available in Reforger.
yea i was. I spent hours building it up too. It was pretty funny seeing them go on their own S&D mission though. I followed them. the whole time like where are you people going?!?!? They don't stay in jeeps Humvees or the BTR either. The range and elevation doesn't matter for the chopper or where the gun is. Once an enemy is within range of agro'ing the AI they dismount and shoot with rifles. It is different if the enemy is on foot though sometimes. It sucked. I had a vision of all 6 guns opening up on an unsuspecting heli and it going down in flames riddled with.50 cal bullet holes.
