Playing music through proxi chat?
I'm aware people don't always like it but I heard a guy playing music using proxi chat a while ago pretty clearly and I just have to try it anyone know how?

Before i begin you should only really do this if youre driving the vehicle or if someone wants music so you dont annoy people,
The way i do it whenever im driving is installing Virtual audio Cable, AudioSwitcher, Spotify.
Virtual audio cable creates an input/output for your recording tab in sounds if you right click the volume icon in windows taskbar and AudioSwitcher lets you quickly set a keybind to switch between your main mic or Virtual audio cable.

I then go into windows settings > sounds > Volume mixer > then play any random song from spotify and change that output device to Virtual Audio Cable.
You wont hear the music unless you right click steam icon > Settings > voice > Start Microphone test (Make sure you have Virtual Audio Cable set to default first before testing Microphone so you can hear the music instead of your voice).

Managed to figure it out a few days ago via voicemeeter potato cheers anyway.

But yes I'm aware and also advise anyone else seeing this and wanting to try too that you only play with permission from admins, as the driver or a somewhat permanent crew member of the vehicle and if someone asks you to stop just be respectful and do as they ask🙂

thanks for being reasonable about it.
Yeah, because if they are streaming to Twitch or especially to YouTube you could sabotage their stream. A streamer is providing the service of recording the event so that players can potentially catch a 3rd-person perspective of their participation, but copyrighted music can put their content and even their channel in jeopardy. We all want to have fun, and music certainly can increase the fun, but when a streamer has gone to lengths to prevent strikes from platforms, having someone broadcast copyrighted content is a frustration.

Personally, I long for the days of early YouTube, where ladies could dance to copyrighted music and have it considered an original work, but those days are gone.

I'm going to start blasting music when I see anyone with ttv in their name now. Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about the needs of streamers. You don't play your music for others so it doesn't interrupt their flow of the game. The game relies heavily on audio cues, by playing music you prevent those audio cues from being heard.
