Yes, but there might be a button or two you might want to remap.
But most things are on the standard keys with shift +, cntrl + , alt + .
There are a few things that work on the Home keys, but you might have an Fn for those.

Yes no problems here. Only had to remap the 'long pointing' cmd because my ~ character needs FN+Shift+ESC. So i mapped it to SHIFT+Middle Mouse.
