Going too complex in the main game I don't think is a good idea. As is now, there is little consequences for injuries overall and a regular soldier can treat everything, but the system is OK enough.
I think the direction they are headed in game is fine and no need to start over complicating it. It is already more than AMRA 3 vanilla, which to me was too basic.
I have nothing against a MOD adding a more complex system that way people can choose.
I really like indepth systems but I'd leave those to mods for those who like a more complex experience.
Dont forget, Reforger has to have a broader appeal in a niche market not everyone is a logistical lover like me for example.
Also, in some BI videos we can see some "suffering" animations.... Could be that a thing, one more state before the "hard breathing and Im going to die" stage?
Works like the ambulance. If you or others are near enough and you administer medical, it heals them fully.
