Feature Overview

Implementation Details
Road Building Mechanics:
- Players can use a shovel to level the ground and lay down materials for roads.

- Introduce a hammer as a tool to build walls, bunkers, and other defensive structures.
- Allow for various materials (wood, metal, sandbags) to be used for customization.

The game doesn't have full object destruction yet. That means the roads would have to be placed directly on whichever rugged terrain they are on, including rocks and tree stumps, anything that is not yet destructible. Could be cool if we could demolish anything to make a new road. Might be a long time until they implement that.

Solid fortifications though could be cool (bunkers and such). They should cost a lot of supplies and take a long time to build.

1.3 is gonna have tree destruction so we could technically clear paths through a forest and use small fortifications as paths to guide drivers.
