Better AI control

Allow AI recruits guarding POI be able to be control through command tent. When the POI is attacked, a player with the rank of SGT can access the interface, select an AI squad and send them to a location. It can be to reinforce a certain position around the POI that is being attacked. They can also be given command to go to a location that was last reported to have enemy players/enemy AI at. Currently, you can't access the interface at the barracks when enemy unit is in the area. AI recruits also don't go to the area around the POI where a gun battle is happening. They just stand there waiting for the person to get in their line of sight and is visible. Then they will approach that location.
