Is there a way to turn off or reduce the head-bob

As i said in the title, im looking for a way to reduce or turn off the head-bobbing entirely. This was possible in arma 2 and 3 which ive both played a lot, but i couldn't find a setting to turn it off anywhere in-game, and i couldn't see any discussions about it online either. So is there a way? I get nauseous very easily due to neck health problems creating vertigo, and headbobbing just makes it so much worse i literally cant play, so i'd like to know if theres a way or workaround to turn it off or if i have to refund this
