Manual gear shifting - key binding suggestion

Observation:
Holding Q switches to Revers instantly which is nice quick and handy. But to switch back to Drive or 1st gear, first you need to shift to neutral. This is slow and annoying.

Suggestion:
Please add the functionality to switch instantly to 1st gear (or Drive) by holding a key (default: E) similar to switching to reverse. It would be useful not only switching from reverse to forward. but also when you stop in a higher gear (3rd or 4th) and you need to switch beack to 1st to start again.
