Chernarus reforged glitch?

Hi, I want to play the chernarus reforged scenario. I download it from the workshop and everything seems properly installed but when I start the scenario I spawn in the middle of the water with no option to move. I redownloaded it few times and reinstalled. Always the same issue. No problem with Overthrow mod for example. Is there something I am missing? I doesn't seem to need any other mods to run. What gives?
