Project redline core

so I have been trying to play on the community servers but most require Project redline core module and i cannot get it to download it keeps telling me there was an error does anyone know how to fix this

SAME!!!! its frustrating because one source says to redownload through the workshop....there is no freaking workshop for this that we can access like other games. and whats worse is i cant even find where the mod files are stored so i can just delete them and start over. even tried uninstalling the game and re-installing but the mods stayed. smh
