🔹 Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODSTs) – Special forces, airborne insertion, earned through performance.
🔹 Spartan Program Candidates – Reserved for the elite. Long-term commitment and vetting required.
🔹 Fleet & Support Roles – FTL comms, pilot slots, and logistics teams available for the sharp and disciplined.
