GPU utilization
Is it normal that I can't load my gpu in this game past 7%?

Like the game refuses to utilize more of my cpu and my gpu and I get around 15 frames during encounters.
Is it an engine limitation thing?

I am running ryzen 5800x,32 gigs ram,rtx 3060.

In most other modern multiplayer games I don't drop bellow 90 frames on all high settings

What resolution, frame cap, graphics settings, and Vsync mode are you using?

I tried playing on both 1440 and 1080 and both on highest and lowest settings and still get the same results like when i go to lowest settings and on the lowest resolution my fps is not affected at all straight up nothing changes.

Every time there is more than 2 people firing guns and or an explosion happens and or I use the PiP scopes my fps goes to sht and my gpu utilization does not go above the mentioned 7%.

Reason I ask is higher graphics, higher resolution, higher fps cap, and no Vsync will result in more GPU useage. If those are all lowered and on you will see less.

Went ahead and tried it, threw everything on ultra disabled vsync and frame cap on 144 on 1440p and now I am getting 15 frames at all times even when out of combat and cpu usage is at 12-14% while my gpu is at 10-15%

Ive been thinking about that as well. I capped the fps at 60 (HDMI) and vsync is on. Details etc medium etc. Essentially default. Game is beautiful until time to go into combat. I am on a 3050RTX which is a little card itself.

I would hate to think of the money and hardware involved to really make this thing flow in combat like some of the older ones did so many years ago.

I think I watched drewski and he was getting around 70 fps which is a very good amount of frames, until you realize he is on top of the line hardware.

I am having similar issues, I can't get more than 25 frames. When I first boot up into a server everything seems fine. Within 5 minutes I am down to 25 fps max. CPU and GPU utilization is relatively low, max out at about 15 GB ram. IDK what's going on and I just updated drivers and crawled through the settings multiple times. Turning everything off and low doesn't seem to help.
