BattlEye Kicked from game. group=3 reason=3 error

Ive done everything like uninstalling BE, the clients in the main game directory, Windows defender is off and BE services are allowed in the services list. restart pc and steam.
I can make it work once after doing all this for over an hour once. But when i restart the game its broken again.
what do I do.

Also verifying files and stuff to reinstall it.
checks in windows defender services are done, also running BE as admin
