screen dimming

When I look fast to some other side, other direction the brightness gets lower for less then a second and then gets back to normal. Is it a feature or a bug? How to turn it off if its possible?

Overdone eye adaptation, treating the ingame camera as an actual camera and not eyes. My favorite.

It's special feature delivered by Bohemia Interactive as they can't fix lighting system since "release" :)

It's always dark for me unless I'm looking at the floor, and in the BTR-70 it's a total pain in the ass.
