Can't see servers at all, cannot connect to backend

Hello, I am aware of the ddos but what I've gathered is it is occasionally destruptive and or blocks access to the server when you try to enter a queue. What I get is No servers at all saying I have a network problem or issue connecting to the backend.
I think but not sure this is a me problem.
I have reinstalled several times, verified integrity, run as admin, add to firewall exclusions incoming and outcoming, disabled any and all security features of windows defender all to no avail.
What could be the issue???

Additional info: even reinstalled Windows (to clean up my installation regardless of Arma) before the fresh install I could see them but got kicked out of queues constantly.
