Weird lighting bug

I've had this weird lighting bug for a while now, its the only thing keeping me from actually playing a lot of Reforger. I dont know how to fix this. And Reforger isnt the only game this is happening for me, I've got one other game that has this problem as well. Here are some screenshots.

I'm running an i5-14600KF and a RTX 4070 Super. Help would be massively appreciated.
