The response from the server took too long.

Every time I enter a queue to a server, after a minute or so, I get greeted with this cool error.

"The response from the server took too long. Check your network connection and try again."

I tried searching for similar topics on the forums, but no suggested solutions have helped. It also seems to be a common problem.
Also, if I connect to a server with some free slots, I don't get an error of that kind and can play normally.

Nuking Battleye folder in game directory and verifying game files helped.

Yes. it did. I still have all the cute disconnects and crashes, but I believe that's a different problem.
