Weird FPS Lags or Stutters in Arma Reforger

A few months ago, I bought a new PC with a 4070 Ti Super, 7900X3D, 64GB RAM (2x2800MHz), and a 3440x1440Hz monitor. Before that, I had a PC with a 1070 and never experienced this kind of lag, even when playing at 25 FPS. I also tested it on a gaming laptop with, I believe, a 3080 or something similar, and didn’t have these issues there either.

When I turn hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling on or off and test it both ways, the lags seem to decrease a bit at first, but for some reason, they eventually come back. I really hope someone can help me find a solution because it’s super frustrating. Thanks!
