Try to look into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\" and right click on "BattlEye" folder, select "Security" tab and there should be "Edit" button somewhere in middle right of window.
When you open it look at all entries in it if they have proper permissions ("CREATOR OWNER" will not have any permission and even is not possible to add them so dont even try).
In my case:
SYSTEM
Administrators
Users
TrustedInstaller
Had no permissions set (Battleye tried to update but it hadnt access to that folder so it wasnt able to update) so i just gave them full control and it somehow worked.
Btw. In my case i wasnt able to edit directly for BattlEye folder so i had to edit them for whole Common folder but you can eventually select Advanced in "Security" tab and select "Disable inheritance" at the bottom of window that opened up and then select first option "Convert inherited permission....." so it should unlock changing permissions for users.
Maybe helps...
