Cant pull back on the stick when flying a helicopter

When im flying i physically cannot pull back on the stick. Even if i switch to mouse control for helicopters i cant turn back at all. I tried resetting my controls but nothing works does anyone know how to fix this?

You need to go delete InputUserSettings.conf in Users>yourusername>Documents>My
Games>ArmaReforger>profile>.save>app1874880_userXXX>settings

Be aware you will need to rebind all your controls

After that, when setting up controls, make sure Mouse Aircraft Control is enabled.

Hmm similar issue with xbox controller. however if ive swap forward and backword cyclic controls it works fine. i.e. i can pull back to go forward and push forward to go backword which is unintuitive. but if i set pull back to down on stick it won't work. inverting control in gameplay setting has no effect either.

I like to set my controls to the same as my RC plane/helo controls. RT stick for cyclic, left stick for rudder and throttle. this is very annoying that it stopped working
