2. Verify game files on steam.
3. Try to remove graphic drivers completely and after that install latest drivers
4. Run game with admin privileges.
5. Also, try to run the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 8.1
Edit: Have you ever did some tweaking on your graphic card, and by that i mean overclocking?

No messing with my GPU. Too nervous too.
And for the PSU, on official Nvidia site for base 3070 graphic card, they recommend 650W PSU , for the 3070Ti even 750W. So your 500W might be a problem here.
I went back to MAY for Drivers and then went back to the current. You think I should do another patch of fresh installs on drivers before looking at the PSU solution?
If you have changed graphic drivers and it wont work well, you don't need to do it again.
But again, if you have played all of the games from your main post and had zero problems, it might be related to the game itself.

It might be that last update making some issues with systems.
Cost nothing to try and can be reversed.
