Issue with screen flickering
So I recently encountered an issue within the past month or so where when I run Reforger, the screen starts flickering. It seems to be only a Reforger issue.

I have tried updating drivers, tried both AMD and nVidia GPU's, messing with settings, and nothing seems to fix this issue. It's so bad that the game is pretty much unplayable.

Anyone else have this issue?

Try turning Vsync on if it is off in games settings or vise versa.
If that does not work enable software cursor in game settings.

Those are two game settings I think might cause a similar issue but your problem could be something else.

I had a low degree of flickering, especially noticable in menu's and when not moving in-game. What helped for me was disabling G-sync (turn off). Dont ask me what the logic is, but it helped for me.

So I have tried all of these and I still get screen flickering. I did try running it in compatibility mode, and while it does get rid of the screen flickering, it stutters a lot.

Since you have tried different GPUs and it still happens, I would try a different monitor if you can get your hands on one. I know you said it seems to only happen in Reforger but you can at least eliminate the display itself. Stranger things have happened.
