Push To Talk Locking

Hello, Ive come across a odd issue that NO ONE seems to recognize or has had. Everytime i left click, it enables the locking on my Push To Talk, so whenever I am shooting, or even in the menu, my push to talk is being locked and others can hear me. Ive reset ALL my keybinds, looked in the game menu settings, in game, my mouse settings, and nothing. Everytime i left click my push to talk locks as if youre double tapping "T" which is the default key. Any help??

reset controls back to default and delete the bind for ptt toggle.
