Hello! please make a folder and name it whatever you want (mine is ArmaReforgerMods for example) on the drive you want addons to be installed at. then in your launch options for this game in steam library under properties, put in the command line below

-addonDownloadDir D:\ArmAReforgerMods

it should be noted that D and "ArmAReforgerMods" could be set to a different drive letter or different folder name

You can also make a link in Windows to another folder via cmd:
mklink /J C:\ORIGINAL D:\WANNABE

Just make sure that the original folder does NOT exist anymore, since the command needs to be able to make the link file in its place. The system will then automatically go to the other folder (D:\WANNABE in this case).
