Placing units error

For some reason it let me place units. Like any units at all, i thought it was the mods i add so i removed them. no different i uninstalled and then reinstalled it. No difference. I don't how else to fix this and there is seemingly no one else having this issue.

Depends on the error that it's giving you. We need more information. Are you trying to place them in an invalid placement (needs a clear space to put them), are you out of resources to place more AI (there is a max number of AI you can have on the field at one time), and what types of mods are you running (if any)?

Neither it is not out of points to place them as nothing is placed and I cannot place them anywhere on the map. It will say sometimes they are placed but they are invisible and will only place one type of unit that is invisible.
