Stuttering

hey so I been trying play this again and its been a lot better since the last time I played anyway as it says at the top I have stuttering Issue the problem is I have no idea if its a server issue or the game it self and if there away around

so what happens is you will be playing all fine and then it just drop to like 1fps for like 3 secs if that and back to normal at any random time It can be fine for like 30min then suddenly happen every 10min ect the big issue and the problem is its now killing the game for me I have died many times because of this I have someone on scope its them or me and then boom stuttering and then dead ( driving and it happens can screw you over ) So I honestly dunno wtf going on and its only with this game its happening with

i9 11-900k
32gb ram
windows 11 pro
using SSD

It's been abysmal for me. The stuttering/frame drops went from non existent to happening every minute or two. And sometimes it wont let up. So much to where it's ruining the game experience, because now whenever I go anywhere, it'll just stutter and kill me.

I'm on SSD, and never had issues with this prior to literally the last week or two. I've changed nothing before it started happening.

Unbelievably frustrating.
