1. Download NVIDIA Profile Inspector
2. Select Arma Reforger
3. Change settings:
•Maximum Pre-rendered frames to 2
•Anti Aliasing Transparency Supersampling to "AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL"
•Texture Filtering - LOD Bias (DX) to 3.0000
4. Click Apply Changes (Upper Right corner)

This method helped me to boost fps from 50 to 110 + mouse input lag reduce

I7 9700kf 4.6ghz
GTX 1660 6GB
16GB Ram 2400mhz
80-120 fps MEDIUM

That's going to make the game look like Star Fox on the SNES. If it even works at all.

This only made my game look like a potato,the fps remained unchanged.

It may not be the right place to ask. But how is the game's optimization now? like can a low end pc can atleast get 40fps?

This game is poorly optimized

I run it on a ryzen 5700x
32 gigs ram
rtx 3060

On my main display 3440 x 1440 it runs at 15-30 fps on any settings straight up don't matter and it can dip way bellow that.(In other multiplayer titles I get above 100 fps)

In windowed mode at 1920 x 1080 I get about 40-60 fps with major dips during firefights.

Somebody better tell me how to keybind graphic settings to 2 key for 2 settings. I need to switch from graphic texture quality LOW to MAX. Best would be a toggle function, from low to max and back...

there is no way to do it . bans come for this program in many games such as PUBG.DayZ and I would not advise you to use it

There is an analogue of the program where, by pressing the button, the mode switches from soap to good quality, the ban arrives in 5 minutes, checked for DayZ and Enlisted and Tarkov War-Thunder (detection) and it would seem just made the graphics bad
