how long are matches/rounds on average?
Can this be a jump in and out kind of game?

Not really any short Games around. Shortest game I've been in was 1.5hrs, longest was a bit over 3.

However just don't view it that you have to be there from start to finish. Just as long as you support in what ever way you can, and enjoy the time you are on any particular Server.

On W.C.S. servers it takes usually much longer. A friend told me about like 10 hrs one. It does vary.
Shortest match I’ve been in was 54:32. Longest match was a hard slog that lasted 11:16.
I saw a guy over on Reddit post that he was in a match for over 13 hours.
If I usually have no more than one hour or two to play every couple days, is it even worth to get this game?
Since you say matches, you likely are referring to PVP. On our personal dedicated server running Gramps Conflict PVE (Everon), we usually take a week with sessions lasting about 3 hours a day so 20 plus hours and up.

I'll be real - it's like connecting to servers that have been up for ages already; most games last hours on end but I typically join in to them mid-way and leave as well mid-match without any repercussions and having a good time in-between it all!

hope this helps brother; even better if you have a few friends to hop on with so you have a "pre-made" squad of players already rather than trying to find one to join (saves time)
I'm a new player that's been jumping in and out of matches after watching a lot of footage from a certain milsim YouTuber. Yes, you can absolutely pick up and play a match, just be aware that you don't *need* to finish them. This isn't a game where your K/D ratios matter, it's more about what you can manage to do to help your side win. I've had a lot of fun with it so far despite this being so far from what I normally play.

I'm talking about official servers only. it last forever. one of you has to win;
otherwise war will keep on
