Conflict Respawn needs rework
When taking a base it feels pointless, once the element of suprise is gone and you take out the few defenders, they will just respawn instantly leading to a endless stalemate. I've seen battles last hours because of this response system. Is there a way to prevent this? I've heard digging down radio relays can help.

Yeah digging/dismantling their radio relay when capturing a base will remove one of the possible spawn points so you can narrow your attention on the command tent or other spawn locations depending on base.
in 1.3 enemies will not be able to spawn on bases being captured. check the experimental build if interested
you need more teammates in the capture radius so you can overwhelm the base and the defenders will get a 40 second respawn and you can dismantle their tents. the more service tents you dismantle the quicker it takes to capture. depending on how far away the next enemy base or command truck is shoveling the antenna will stop the spawn. if there's no enemy base in 1000 meters then taking down the antenna will stop them from spawning (because the base's radio range won't be able to reach the nearest base). you can also use up their supplies so they can't spawn with kits. I like to go to their armory and get myself a nice gun and lots of medical supplies and a big backpack full of explosives. you can also drag their supplies to the ground so it depletes but these are risky moves because you'll be seen. and if it's a purple base, it will regen supplies faster then you can burn them up. I think you'll need teammates, trying to take a built up base solo is really fustrating because like you said the defenders instant respawn and they know where you are and have full health and ammo.
