IMO, in a Quality x Performance ratio, this is the best ARMA yet. The game is very beatiful and, dispite beign quite "heavy" it justifies.
That second last patch did wonders for me.
pre 1.0 was really rough.
I myself play a mix of medium/high/ultra settings on 1440p using a RTX4060 (which is a budget gpu one shouldnt expect too much from). I am always around 55fps. But some maps are harder and set the average back to like 50fps.
So i would expect you to get a mix of high/ultra and at the same time staying above 60fps. Unless the server or specific map is really not in your favour.
With the same settings I used, I suspect you should see in the 70 range but if you feel 10 to 20 fps more would be beneficial then look at the AA and Environmental Quality settings. I found those caused the most hit so I turned them down since I really could not detect a drop in image quality.
Note the 4070 TS performance difference over the 4070 TI is very minimal so you can probably expect about the same performance as you have been seeing with 4070 TI results online.
Thanks for the reply. I think the 4070 TI Super when overclocked will get close to a stock 4080 level performance wise, afterall they share the same AD103 chipset as the 4080 does. It's essentially debinned 4080. Only time will tell however.
