I love this game but I'm half convinced the constant crashing is slowly destroying my pc

This is the only game that can make my pc fully crash consistently and I feel like its slowly corrupting my OS or slowly destroying my hardware. I already had to reinstall my OS once because it got really corrupted, whether it was cuz of this game or not I have no clue but I feel like it might've been heavily contributing.

Stuffs still newish but I'll replace the disk and ram in the future

the game is pretty hardware intense. to make sure your hardware dont overheat or shut down cause of pulling more energy your powersupply have to offer, run the furmark stresstest gpu and cpu at the same time. if your pc handle this without overheating or shutdown then you at least know it is not your hardware.
i had a similar problem, game was running and pc shuts down after some minutes. here it was a problem with to weak power supply. i solved it by undervolting my gpu.

Don't listen to anyone telling you it is hardware related. Arma Reforger crashes on all systems randomly. Just go check their forum or any other post on Steam. It is a known issue that they have yet to address.
