difference between this and Arma 3?

This game is more approachable or not? Arma 3 was very difficult for me, they tried teaching me map reading and I got irritated and quit. Please tell me if this game is very complicated?

Arma reforger is more approchable when it comes to controls for the most part. But considering unless modded, you are in the 80s and there are no GPSs you can't get around how paper works.

i think Arma reforger is easier then Arma 3....its not so complicated about map objectives and missions are easier.....but Arma3 has more options right now about senarios and mod types, of course one reason about that its the fact that its older game without question, im fan of both games

its simpler and more intuitive with the new mechanics but its still a milsim game, you just have to learn the learn and eventually youll start to memorize the map anyway, theres only so many key points and routes people end up taking on the regular

huge difference. i've played arma since it was operation flashpoint, and i've been playing a lot of reforger lately. went back to arma 3 lastnight to try get my fix while they sort the reforger servers and it was painful to say the least

I wouldn't buy reforger right now, the servers have been hit with serve DDOS attacks for the last 4-5 days now, making the game unplayable.

You nac start play on WCS servers, there is map with your position and modern combat. When you get WCS mod then will be easy to play on 80`s official

Well vs Arma 3 it has better FPS (performance), fancier graphics, worse editor for mission making, always online dependency meaning once Bohemia closes their server, this game is dead.

That is the differences you will notice in broad strokes.
