key board and mouse buttons sensitivity

Hi all, is there any way of changing mouse and keyboard sensitivity slower? I can't push the buttons or keys fast enough for the game to react to my inputs.

Thanks. I'll see if that helps. I didn't do that, because it works fine on other games.
