Mortars - Draw distance
The draw distance of explosives, smokes or flares should be increased or have its own option to see in distance, anything beyond 700 - 800 meters u wont know about where it landed

That's what spotters are for ;)

Try using binoculars after you fire to observe the target area, they let you see well beyond 800m.
Also worth noting, Every individual server can have their own view distance, and network view distance settings (objects and effects that get synced with the client) which will dramatically effect what you can and cant see regardless of your own view distance.

I tried doing that. We were firing from Tiller's find to Military Hospital, mortar properly aimed and no explosion nor sound. Binos didnt help.

Mortars don't work well without spotters, seen it done once (by an admin) and because we spotted targets for him, what's your distance and detail distance settings?
