turn off Mouse Precision in windows
seems to work for me
try turning vsync off locking fps to 2fps below monitor
Tried freesync on/off
Mouse precision off ofc
100+ fps
Ping about 50-60ms on EU servers
Used 400 dpi and 1600 dpi
Tried using 500hz polling rate, 1000hz, 2000hz and 8000hz with and without motion sync on mouse from endgame gear so clearly it's not my peripherals
I tried lowest settings it's still the same, so clearly it's a game issue. Possibly because there's still no fullscreen option but borderless fullscreen which adds to input lag is my guess. If someone finds any fix, it would be much appreciated.
EDIT: Every other game works and feels absolutely fine
I have no issues with any input lag so I wonder whats going on with your setup.
something that never gets talked about anymore is pixel response time, if say I turn off overdrive on my monitor every game feels like soup, with it on any other setting it feels fine (picture quality, balanced, fast or smart) I leave mine on picture quality because it feels fine and has the least ghosting.
it maybe a combination of your monitors response time and poor frame pacing or something, worth a look - even if its to see if you can tighten it up via messing with overdrive (which would probably benefit all other games)
every monitors overdrive setting is not equal so what works good one one might cause massive ghosting or input lag on another... they also typically measure response time based off the fastest overdrive setting instead of what you'd typically run for no ghosting.
some of this doesn't apply to some monitors/TV and I know you said everything else feels fine but its at least something to muck with and see if you can worsen or make it feel better.
my best guess is its some kinda weird frame pacing or antilag behavior (maybe antilag needs to be off instead of on for instance) which would be counter intuitive but would also explain why other games feel fine but this one doesn't, could come down to the driver not behaving like it should when the antilag is applied.
