Server queues = massively long wait times.

I think I am officially done playing this game, now that server queues are a thing.. Now we have 30-50 people waiting in the queue for each NA server. I waited 30 min to enter a server that I play often, which is something I have never ever dealt with before. I'm expected to do that every single time I play, now?

I was fine with no ques, always got in after some clicking.
Today I've spend 2x 30 mins in 15+ que, ending with connection failed. One more connection failed and im off to bed. After yesterdays dead servers fiasco, I didnt get much to steam off after working week. I wish i could at least play solo gamemaster while queing.

yall got this WAYY wrong.. it needs MORE SERVERS.. like official ones that load up all the mods.

The "let the community make the game" part of this game is where it's screwed up. Each server has 1 mod and takes community hosts.

We need more servers and the company that owns the game should make that a thing

It's true, some people complain but the people complaining weren't smart to begin with, so I am wondering why they were even taken seriously to begin with. To prove my point, feel free to open your own business in anything ... really.. If you have a business there will always be people complaining, and while its important to hear their feedback and keep on improving, not every feedback can be taken seriously. Guess what... people complaining for the need of a queue was that perfect example

This has genuinely made this game unplayable for me. All of my favorite servers have 50+ long queues. I dont have time to sit around all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ day waiting for a spot to pop up. It was fun while it lasted.

The queue system is atrociously implemented. Waiting for half an hour only to disconnect immediately is infuriating.

Does queue even work? Is anyone even managed to enter server while in queue?
Once i waited 15min. was 2nd in a row to enter server, never managed to enter it and eventually left.

I wish they reverted back. After hearing that queue was going to be added, I was like so long in getting to play on any NA servers. I was right. I haven't been able to play any of the servers I mainly play on such as New Everon WCS and others. I got in faster just by hitting join and ESC quickly before queue was added.

Yall, a server queue is basic ♥♥♥♥ that makes it easier to get into matches vs sitting and waiting for whatever you can guess is the right time to try to jump into a full server. I swear some people cant appreciate a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing, even from an early access game. Shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and play the game.

Easier to get into matches? thats crazy bro, because I havent gotten into a single server I used to frequent without waiting 30-45 minutes since this update, often to be disconnected. Before this it took me maybe 2-5 minutes to get into the server I wanted to, at a maximum. Its ♥♥♥♥, shut up.

Yo! Other system (if possible) could be Squad style queues, were you can queue one server an log into another while you wait.

Queues are cool and provide for a much better experience...only if they are implemented correctly. At the moment they don't seem to be. Players holding a queue spot should have their internet connection's ping checked on a basis for an average ping and removed accordingly from the queue if exceeding a threshold.
No one wants a 50 player queue all full of >150ms or higher in average or with higher variability...this just means that player's internet connection is rekt.

Edit: But yeah...am not biased for/against the current queue as it is in ArmA Reforger. I want the friggin A4 to see light of the day.

took me about 20 mins, get over yourself this is a much better system. Would rather reserve my spot and sit there spamming enter.

yeah just ignore these guys, they are in the minority.

The problem is the cross platform. Get rid of Xbox and PS5 players please. we don't need them, don't want them, return to PC only and give us a proper game.
