Server queues = massively long wait times.

I think I am officially done playing this game, now that server queues are a thing.. Now we have 30-50 people waiting in the queue for each NA server. I waited 30 min to enter a server that I play often, which is something I have never ever dealt with before. I'm expected to do that every single time I play, now?

tbh I have not been hearing anyone in game saying they want queues. I've literally never heard this from someone's mouth. Not arguing, it's just an observation.

a lot of people were complaining about having to press mouse1 then esc key over and over because there was no queue system in a modern game, i think its a good thing you could just wait in line and worry about something else whilst you wait instead of having to main the server browser hoping for a slot

The problem is possibly, people sitting AFK because they hit Major rank ingame. I don't know if alot of the popular servers have a auto kick for AFK yet, or the game is just that popular with the regular players.

Yeah spamming "connect" wasn't ideal but I feel a 50 player queue cap is genuinely ridiculous for servers that are prone to consistent population (due to having cool mods and an actual admin team). While spamming was annoying, I could get into a server within 2-3 minutes at the most. Now I'm facing wait times of 10min and up for the same servers. The servers that are consistently filled are that way because they are good servers - there's fewer players leaving the game at any given time. These new "beginner" servers are constantly being filled/emptied. thus the queue actually being useful. It's a double-edged sword right now, and it needs to be optimized.
