Does healing enemies count towards the "battlefield angel" achievement?

hello arma-ers
ive noticed ive hit 141 out of 250 players healed.
you may be thinking "what a great teammate" however Ive used plenty of meds (usually theirs) on enemies that ive shot, too!
I do this because im a psychopath. its more enjoyable to strip the enemy of weapons, clothes and everything valuable after healing them the bare minimum, telling them to "run back to base" then actually dead-checking them. they usually just ask me to shoot them anyway (boring power trip) or run back thinking theyre the tf2 spy so I have to stab them (bloodlust)

So that got me thinking, ever since I saw there was an achievement for "using meds on players" does that affect MY team or BOTH teams? like all the psychopath gaming ive been doing may affect the achievement. and whether I should keep farming downing players rather than killing them. to maximise being a terrible person
