130 player servers feel empty
is there any servers with either smaller maps or more cohesive teams , hell let lose , squad and the other games like this have been a huge turn off for me due to this persistent issue where both the enemy team and my own team are wildly spread apart and despite being 130 players strong it always has that " day Z " feeling of walking with 1 or two random players and never encountering more then 5 or 6 people at a time , the name Reforger is directly inspired by the MASSIVE military exercises that took place every year during the cold war ,this game was not supposed to be special forces operators running around in 2 man squads , this was intended to be a big infantry clash , i haven't given up on finding that server , hopefully someone knows of one

I've had the most fun in 48 player servers. Yeah, it's less people, but it tends to be much more focused, and the fighting happens in a more concentrated way.
Plus they servers don't lag as bad
Yeah, my biggest disappointment has been how disjointed everybody is. You hit the nail on the head with the "DayZ feel". It's still fun, but it's sad how hard it is to have actual teamwork especially coming from Squad.

Also hoping to find a server with better teamwork.

Arma, and dayz always have been running simulator. Nothing will change, move to other game.

Yeah that was always my gripe with these games.
Still waiting for a new Red Orchestra type game, best mix of realism and action for me, hate the emptyness and endless hiking in this, squad etc.
That's what these type of games are. This isn't COD or BF where it's instant action. You have to set up and prepare.

It's mostly because of console players tbqh with you from what I've seen.

Also stolen valor guy is also in this thread lmao.
I think its because theres a ton of people afk. Most servers dont have idle kick so evenm though the server is full, theres probably only half actually playing

i dont see it as a player issue i see it as a too many points issue the battlefield is far too wide

Teamwork, in Squad? Now that's a good joke.

this whole genre , hell let lose , post scriptum , project reality , reforger , squad , all of them seemed to have ported this problem and if they somehow managed to fix this and encourage people to actually work as a unit , i imagine their game would be immensely popular , as is its just COD without the square maps , not a big fan of that

If you want people then looking and asking for people. if they not playing on smallest conflict map. Whole world will be empty
Check out Global Conflicts - Saturday and Sundays - structured teamwork, best fun you'll find in Reforger.

squad = 1 hour wait to join+ 5 mins of play before SL somehow kicks you from server. SUPER FUN.

Arma stands alone in its genre, COD is not even close to any of the games you mentioned, im guessing you have a bad time because you want to rush around and shoot all the time so noone wants to be around you.
