Tips for getting the best clarity picture in game.
What settings allow for max visibility in game. The game almost seems a little blurry or pix-elated. Does anyone know what settings are best to control long distance clarity.

Don't use FXAA anti-aliasing as it tends to look blurry. Also make sure render scale is 100%.

To artificially fix pixelation you use anti-aliasing, which makes everything look blurry.
To naturally fix pixelation you increase resolution, which sounds like the solution you're after. 4k, for example, will look sharper.

The biggest problem for me is the light exposure. It's like my character's eyes are constantly dilating.

The actual best results no matter the cost?
Ok but brace for FPS drop, 125+% render scale, it takes care of most of the jaggies the way it downscales back to its original resolution, then 4xmsaa, not fsaa as it looks blurry,2 or 4x will help you clear up, its not THAT fps taxxing but most people here prefer to do the opposite, downscale it to about 80% then use fsr, try it and picture clarity wise you are definitely going to see good results, cheers!

easily one of my biggest gripes of modern gaming. like my eyes dont bloom the outdoors to an unimaginable blinding lvl nor is it pitch black when looking inside an enclosure from outside lol
Thank you. Yes the lighting is super off.

Yeah, this effect isn't implemented very gracefully at all. Like, the levels are fine, but the time it takes the human eyes to adjust to environmental light conditions is quite off here.
