I stopped playing it simply because of this - I have problems with my eyes, but playing worked with a scope. I mostly get killed instantly, because it's too hard for me to spot enemies. So: no scope - no game.

I don't have a very good eyesight either but I can't say scope vs no scope helps me in any way, the only way I can be helped is with a bigger screen, using binos and or the zoom...

If that's the case, I suggest better positioning / distance and using binos to supplement aiming

I'm sorry to hear that man. My hope is that the devs will at some point allow server admins to fully customize the Conflict rules. It can't hurt to give players more options.

Agreed, not all can be implemented with a flick of a switch like very simple values(capture timer + xp quite possibly) but even the rest should not be that hard to implement.
This request is kind of null though if there are mods that can mess with that like say enabling base spawn, I do not think so.
