Crashing in mission editor

Literally the second i place any type of unit my game crashes. My specs are rtx 2070 super, 32gb of ram, intel i7 9700.

You mean the gamemaster mode? There is nothing like a mission editor, right?

Same for me, game freezes when placing an AI unit in Game Master mode, sometimes works after a minute or two of it being frozen.

Placing a player unit doesn't have the issue.

There is a Mission Editor.. Just download Arma Reforger Tools.. Start it.. Make a new Project.. go to Editors -> World Editor

I looked that up. Could not make heads nor tails from it. You are saying I could make fully playable scenarios in there? Similar to Eden?

Yes you can. You have to open the Eden Map.. then you can place assets (props like Houses, spawnpoints, mission assets etc.). Also when creating a new Project, dont forget to check "Core" (was unchecked when i started it first)

Same issues with Game master. The thing is that it eventually works but it takes 1-2 minutes whenever I place a unit on the map.

Also noticed there will be a wiki for reforger sooon. Link on this page to "documentation" is not working at the moment. So propably it'll come soon and we may get some basic explanation for those like me =D

VelhoLoboDoMar found the cause of this issue, it's due to having joysticks plugged in.
