Buy this or wait for Arma 4

Im wondering if the game is worth buying right now or should I just wait until Arma 4 releases and buy it.

Reforger is fun, in the sense that is another game to play mil sim with the buds.
It is nowhere near as complete, as expected, and no where as complex, as expected.
I am having a lot of fun in it, as I am playing with people which normal Arma is to complex.
The controls are simplified to a big degree.


The Mods, like Arma 3, are what make the game good and fun.

Graphics - Reforger
Frame Rate - Reforger
Content - 3
Player base - Reforger more casual
Mods - Arma 3, but Reforger is getting a lot really fast
Vehicle count - 3, Reforger only has a few
Vehicle types - 3, Reforger does not have jets, tracked vehicles, SAM's, it is basic
Morters/Arty - 3, not in reforger.

I can keep going, but you can see that reforger is pretty basic. BUT, it still can be a lot of fun. If you are interested, you can check out some gameplay, or if you want, you can watch some friends and I play.

I enjoyed 1, 2, and 3, but I am also enjoying this as well.
It is just different with the same Idea's.
I am ready for 4 big time.

Wait for Bellum, or something else to come out. They`ll prolly be more up yer alley. Wait for something more tailored to you that doesn`t require the monetary stuff, or Modding.

ArmA 4 will feature everything Reforger does while adding more content. If you want to get used to more fluid and smooth gameplay and systems, you can buy Reforger, so by the time A4 is out you will be the master of helicopter piloting and rally driving.

The game is really bugged. It is Alpha for testing so if you want spend some money to trash. Take a look at the last review, it was written by boots, wasn't it? What is this nonsense. He writes that the game is ♥♥♥♥ and gives a like :D

Buy this. Game is awesome and of quality. Huge upgrade to Arma 3 jankiness. Nice hit detection without delay like in Arma 3, good gunplay, awesome battle feeling. Best low time to kill shooter for me next to Rising Storm: Vietnam and Insurgency Sandstorm. Wish I had purchased it earlier.

Good joke - Refunder is much more janky than ARMA 3.

I don't know how you can call ARMA 3 janky. Super fluid, quality animations and SIMPLE control scheme, little to no issues with physics unless you do risky stuff.

Yes, if you think A3 is janky (some of it is) then I don't understand why you don't think that reforger is janky.

reforger is as janky, and in some ways, more janky than A3.

buy this. Arma 4 won't be ready for another 7 years. And no release date doesn't mean its a full game. You devs release half assed ♥♥♥♥ so release date doesn't count anymore. Its a fact.

The game is enormously better since release, the modding is fantastic, worth full price, IMO.
