How many players maximum? Is there 64 vs 64 possible?

On modded servers yes. Standard right now is 48 Players total. However, this changes from time to time with updates. They were once 32 players total, then they tried 64 total, currently it's 48 total.

ok thx for this info. Tbh, that's a bit too few for these big maps. I think I'll stick with "BattleBit" for the time being.

Yes, I agree. In fact, was playing just last night. Too bad the sound is so bad, because all the rest is passable. And the weapon feeling is indeed good.

But is a game so different in its root and I also don't think that more people == "better" game in most cases.

128 player modded servers in Reforger. It is not as frantic as Battlebit due to the size of the map. Great for setting up ambushes behind the lines if you like that kinda stuff.
