Also hoping for stability/engine updates.
Many good mods are starting to appear.
So the answer depends on 2 things: 1) are you into milsim? and 2) is BI going to update this game a lot?
I dont know the answer to the 2nd question, but it would be very logical to do. To prove to us that they still can deliver, and make us more eager to buy arma 4 eventually.
If YES 2x then you know what to do.
In my opinion, I have gotten my monies worth and still am, so for me it was worth getting. I actually refunded the game early on. I disliked its state so much, I chose to reverse PayPal charges, which Steam hates. Tried again down the road and now play it daily with friends on a private server. I do not even desire to play on public servers because I already know the outcome.
imho the core popular "Domination" style MP mission feel isn't definitely there and interacting with the world is a huge step up from A3 and previous versions.
it's not perfect, there's still a little "jank" but for a "sim" it's all more than tolerable.
To me it's "worth it" to others not.
You want decent amount of content? Same as above.
You want Squad-like PvP with more movement freedom? Then get Reforger.
